Sony. Winner of the World.

Sony. Winner of the World.

Sony. Winner of the World

Sony‘s 2013 E3 press conference was the best one I’ve ever seen since the reveal of the PlayStation 2, thus the title “Sony. Winner of the World”. And it wasn’t just because of exclusives and rad PS Vita titles (facetious), it was their calculated unrivaled raw attacks on Microsoft’s Xbox One.

The actual PlayStation 4 console was revealed, nothing too amazing there, but then SCEA‘s CEO Jack Tretton came out and obliterated Microsoft’s Xbox One policies.

The PlayStation 4 will be $399 at launch, $100 less than the Xbox One.

You want to play used games? Go ahead, and tell you what, share those games with a friend, hell, as many friends as you’d like. By the way, here’s a video courtesy of Sony to instruct you on how to trade with said friends.

The PS4 will let you play offline, and WILL NOT check up on your online connection. Xbox One phone home?

With the PS4’s dedication to indie developers and it’s consumers, it was easy to say this E3 press conference was a godamn grand slam. It’s pressers like this that sway consumers decisions, making this the bloodiest console war that hasn’t even started yet.

Farm On.
