Tom Clancy’s The Division E3 Gameplay
Yesterday I showed off the official trailer for Ubisoft‘s newest open world RPG Tom Clancy’s The Division, and since I got just a little bit of sleep, I thought I would post up the official gameplay footage from Ubisoft’s E3 press conference.
The footage shows three friends, I assume they’re friends, wandering through the desolate streets of a New York neighborhood. Each person has a specific job, which I’m assuming is going to be their classes. What I’m unsure of is if the people talking are the actual players acting off of a script, or your characters natural interaction with the other AI.
You’ll see the group open up an impressive mapping system, choose “quest” objectives, look at and customize weapons, scan through skills, and use class specific specialties.
Welcome to the chaotic and devastated world of Tom Clancy’s The Division. It has been 3 weeks since a deadly pandemic hit New York city on Black Friday…
Tom Clancy’s The Division has a really strong chance of taking game of show this year, but there’s so many great games coming from every developer and publisher this year it’s some of the stiffest competition we’ve seen in years.
